If you have been asking the universe to offer a chance at deep nourishment, healing, and rest, this is the response. Join Leigh Anne in this absolutely breathtaking mountain hideaway. Our practices will include movement, creating focus, reflection, and deep relaxation. The movement portion is mainly yoga based and adaptive for all bodies. Leigh Anne connects with many sources and will focus on Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Mindful Vinyasa, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Energy Healing, and her spirit guides and ancestors for this collective, sacred journey. When we aren't in class together or enjoying freshly made healthy meals, you are free to enjoy the truly magical setting of the Heartwood Retreat and breathe in nature!

Statement of ongoing pandemic:

Alas we are still in the pandemic. Leigh Anne is requesting that all participants in the retreat are vaccinated. The yoga spaces are spacious and full of fresh air so it easy to spread out for class. When we aren't practicing, we will give each other plenty of space and wear masks when it makes sense to do so.
