Service Description

Yin Yoga is a practice that invites deep, thoughtful stretches, held for 3-5 minutes each. Yoga Nidra is deep relaxation, similar to guided meditation, practiced lying down in a comfortable, supported position. The class format is: 20 minutes yoga nidra, 30 minutes yin yoga, 10 minutes relaxation/savasana.
