Vinyasa Yoga: Virtual

This class is intended to be an accessible yet challenging vinyasa-flow class based loosely on the Ashtanga Method established by Tirumalai Krishnamacharya that was primarily responsible for popularizing Yoga around the world. We will begin with sun salutations to warm up the body followed by standing postures to develop strength, stamina, and balance and then come to the floor for spine and core work as well as hip and shoulders openers. We will conclude with savasana to bring a deep sense of peace to the mind and relaxation to the body.
