GYROKINESIS®
GYROKINESIS® movement training is an exercise system that uses the body to go beyond it limitations. It increases the functional capacity of the entire organism in a harmonious way. It focuses on circular movements of the spine, breathing, and continuous flow to develop improved body awareness, core strength, flexibility, and movement integration. It was developed about twenty years ago by injured dancer Juliu Horvath as a way to bring movement back into and strengthen his body. It is suitable for movers of all experience levels. Exercise attire, a small towel and mat are recommended for class participation.

Lunch Yoga
These hour long all levels classes are perfect for a mid day yoga "snack." Such a luxurious and gratifying way to spend this time in the middle of your day! Beginners are welcome.

Nirvana Flow Basics
The Basics class helps the student build a solid foundation of vinyasa, alignment and flexibility. A typical class will focus on warm ups, basic yoga vinyasa (movement with breath) and standing postures. Beginners welcome.

Nirvana Flow 1
Flow 1 moves a little faster than basics, but will still give the practitioner lots of time in each pose, along with helpful alignment cues. The Nirvana Flow style is fun, creative and challenging. Expect warm-ups at the beginning of class, followed by standing, heating flow. Beginners welcome.

Nirvana Flow All
Flow All will be a fast paced flow class with lots of creative flow movement in vinyasa. Expect to move your body in lots of different ways. Each class will typically focus on a few more advanced asanas towards the end of class, followed by a cool down into savasana! Beginners are welcome if they are accustomed to physical activity.

Nirvana Flow 2
This is challenging vinyasa flow class. Expect constant movement, advanced asanas, inversions and lots of sweat! No complete beginners please. 6 months-1 year practice recommended to attend.

Posture Focus (Vinyasa)

If you ever attended a yoga class and felt completely lost when the teacher starts talking about "chatturanga, knees/ chest/ chin, up dog or baby cobra" then this is the class for you. Excelent for beginners to the Nirvana Flow style, this class will focus in depth on the movements in the vinyasa or sun salutation sequence.

Restore
It is too often that we are tired, overworked and left feeling depleted from life. This practice has its roots in relaxation and rejuvenation. Here, you can relearn the art of letting go and being in the moment. Posture's focus on hips, spine and shoulders. Great for beginners and yogis who need to restore!

Rise 'n Shine
The hours before sunrise are referred to as the ambrosial hours for the mind. This class takes advantage of this special time of day. Practice will focus on opening the sleepy body, incorporating vinyasa to wake up and deep relaxation that you can carry into your day. All levels welcome.

Service Industry Yoga (donation)
This class is scheduled in the middle of the day to serve those who serve others! For all of you late night waiters and bartenders whose bedtime is 4 AM, this is the perfect class. Of course, you can attend the class if you aren't a server too, because we all serve in some way, right?

Yoga for the Mind
This class will be an all levels yoga class with meditation laced throughout. Meditation is the seventh limb of Patanjali's path and the most enriching of the yogic practices. This practice will incorporate asana and dhyana (meditation). Explore the inner landscape of the self!

Free or $5 Community Class
This class is an offering to the community. Any student at any level of practice can enjoy these classes. It is also very nice to be able to practice yoga for free! The goal is that even yogis with limited or no resources can still find space in a yoga studio to practice. That's what it's all about, right?
